For lenders, insurers and servicers with a book of property addresses. Upload a spreadsheet, get each row back with the association that governs it. No code, no API key.

A CSV or Excel file of property or loan addresses, up to 4 MB. We read the columns and suggest which is the street, city, state and ZIP. You confirm or change it.
We match every row
Addresses are resolved against parcels linked to associations, the same matcher the Developer API uses. Where there is no address match, an association name in the same state is tried.
Download the result
Your file comes back with your columns untouched and the match appended: status, confidence, the reason, and the association's facts with a link to its report.
Illustrative rows. Every result carries a status, a confidence from 0 to 1, and a reason you can act on. We would rather say no match than guess the wrong association onto a loan file.

The download also carries city, county, state, registry document number, type, unit count, the management company where known, and a link to each association's report. It never carries an individual's email or phone number.
Each row matched is one lookup, the same unit as one API call, and comes out of the same monthly allowance.

Uploaded rows are private to your account and deleted after 30 days, or sooner if you delete the list.
